We spent 1 night in standard king room with a double bed. The location was ideal, relatively close to Gas Hall Exhibition Gallery.

Contemporary hotel, perfect breakfasts, fab location close to centre. Accommodating staff at the reception desk and free Wi-Fi.

Thank you for an amazing stay, would recommend it. This hotel was characterful base for exploring Birmingham, loved it. The most important was the stuff - efficient and amicable people.

Good stay. Luxury hotel, very central location very close to the train, attentive staff, good bar area. Nice building and rooms with a double bed.

The room was brand-new and stylish, the hotel was perfectly clean. I was offered a marvellous breakfast on the menu. Booked a room with a decent view. In a central location with restaurants and bars near the property. I loved that the hotel was 28 minutes drive from the airport.

Beds were uncomfortable in this place.

Its location was central, within walking distance of Shopping District. Good central hotel set in the good area. The rooms were warm and spotless, had a shower and hair dryers in the bathroom. The continental breakfast on the menu was MARVELLOUS.

The staff was always ready to help and the hotel was good solid, we loved staying in Birmingham. Stocked room with a luxury bathroom. Centrally set in the cozy area. The meals in the outdoor restaurant were great, good value. Great service was provided too.

Good value and exactly what I needed. Particularly helpful staff, fairly clean great sized bedrooms. Reasonably large suite and cozy bed. With very quick check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was modernized.

All in all a luxurious hotel and such great stay. The location was strategic, understanding stuff and modern rooms. There where coffee, usual facilities and all the usual facilities in the room, appreciated that. Lots of food for breakfast, food was delicious. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Place was spotless, everything was cool. The bed was amazing and the room extremely pleasant & extremely pleasant. Plenty of options for breakfast, amazing coffee, fresh fruit, bakery, breads and meats. I loved that there was plunge pool.

I appreciated staff and location and exceptionally comfortable bed. Rooms with an original decor. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Caspian Pizza that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The room I had definitely could be not cleaned.

You guys made my stay such wonderful. Fine staff, original and light rooms. Very lovely view of city. I had an extremely good breakfast and liked cereal and pastries. Very tidy hotel and brilliant service.

it was fairly clean and more than adequate place, had fabulous location and staff. we had a just perfect 2 nights stay.

The stay was relaxing. Luxury, very nice modern room and very easy location. Found in a busy area. Moreover, it was not very far from the mailbox. There was super helpful bkfast staff. The room service was exceptional, everything was brand new.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff are condescending and location is prime! 12 Miles away from Birmingham airport.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's an excellent place for staying in Birmingham. Their manager rocks! So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

Location was superb, 9 miles to Birmingham airport, perfectly reachable. A short walk to the restaurant Dixy Chicken❤
